Smoked Turkeys and Hams

Smoked turkeys and hams are our major fundraisers for our service projects and charities. The entire club processes, bastes (with our secret concoction), and smokes hundreds of them each year over hickory and pecan wood.
We smoke in November, just before Thanksgiving, and again in December, just before the holidays.
